Welcome to the Lara Intimates Return and Exchange Policy page. We want you to have Lara Bras that you love to wear and reach for first thing every morning.

How to Make a Return (UK)
If you wish to make a return from within the UK, please follow these steps:
Read the information below to ensure you follow all of our return and exchange rules.
Within 14 days of your order arriving, visit this page, enter your order number and request a return or exchange. (If you do not follow this step, you will not be eligible for a free exchange or full refund.)
Someone from Lara Intimates will be in touch to discuss an exchange or refund.
You have 7 days from when you receive the label to return your item(s) to us.
How to Make a Return (Outside of the UK)
If you wish to make a return from outside the UK, please follow these steps:
Get in touch directly with email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Send your items back to the address at the bottom of this page.
We unfortunately do not cover or refund international shipping and exchange costs.
Return & Exchange Policy for Bras (UK)
You have 14 days to wear your Lara Bra as much as you like.
If you want to return or exchange for any reason, make a request here. (If more than 14 days has passed since you received your order, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.) Someone from our team will respond to your request with more details and a shipping label. We will pre-pay or reimburse the cost of sending items back to us if you're based in the UK.
Alternatively, you can make an exchange in our London studio by booking a fitting here. Please make the booking within 21 days of receiving your order.
If your bra has been altered for you, you may not return or exchange unless the alteration was our recommendation.
2 Weeks to 2 Months
We will repair or replace your bra to brand new condition within 2 months of your order if you have any quality issues. We do not charge for repairs.
If you realise a product does not fit you after the 14 day return period and it is in new or near new condition, you may exchange it for store credit equivalent to the resale value. This is typically 50% of the original price. We may need to see your item to determine the resale value.
2 Months Onwards
We can usually repair bras that show signs of wear including broken straps and certain cases of broken stitches. We want to maximise the longevity of your bras, and we offer repairs for free.
Please contact our team to request a repair and ensure any bra sent for repairs arrives in clean condition.
Return & Exchange Policy for Briefs (UK)
Please try on your briefs over another pair of full coverage briefs to check the fit. Please do not try Lara briefs on over a thong or skimpy brief. If you need to return or exchange, you can make a request here.
We can accept returns or exchanges in brand new condition. If there are any signs of wear, no matter how small, we will refuse to accept the return or exchange.
2 Weeks to 2 Months
We will replace a brief for you if any quality issues arise within 2 months of delivery. To request a replacement, please email email@example.com with a picture of the damage. You do not need to return the original brief.
We never repair briefs to ensure the hygiene of our factory and team.
2 Months Onwards
After 2 months, we will not replace briefs for any reason.
Return & Exchange Policy for Samples, Limited Edition, Factory Seconds and Depop (UK)
Sometimes we resell items in near new condition to save textile and stock waste. We ask that all customers respect the spirit of this programme by ordering your correct size and not ordering products with the intention of returning.
Our return and exchange policies for bras and briefs purchased through limited edition, samples and depop is the same as above except you must get in touch about returns within 3 days of delivery, not 14.
Samples, limited edition and depop items may have different fit and quality to other Lara products. Please do not rely on these products as a guarantee of your Lara size. If you have ordered something outside of our main range, we recommend getting in touch for size and quality advice.
Returns & Exchanges (Outside of the UK)
The policies above are the same for international customers except for the following:
We will not pre-pay or reimburse international shipping costs.
International shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions to Return & Exchange Policies
We might not accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
You have not washed according to our instructions (read here). We can usually tell this by frayed or damaged elastic.
Our team believes you are trying to deceive Lara Intimates in any way.
There have been unexpected, significant delays to your return or exchange caused by you.
The item has been damaged by you.
If we cannot accept a return, we will not ship the item back to you at our expense.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours. We do our best to accommodate requests but will not be able to change or cancel orders that are in production or have already been shipped.
