We are open and shipping orders .

Please allow 7 days for order processing.

Royal Mail shipping may be slower than usual during the pandemic.

Due to Covid-19, we have updated our returns policy.

You have 90 days to make a return. (Previously this was 28 days.)

We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but while our customer service team works from home, please allow up to 28 days for refunds.

Can I return briefs?

Briefs are only accepted as returns if brand new. Please follow the instructions below to make a return.

Can I exchange items?

If you wish to make an exchange, please make a return and purchase the new items separately. (This allows us to ship the exchange right away without waiting for your return.)

Make a Return (UK)

How to Make a Return inside the UK

To make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact team@laraintimates.com to arrange.

2. Click here for a pre-paid label: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3415

3. Pack return items. Please use the original packaging and minimal tape to avoid waste.

4. Go to your local Royal Mail to make the return. They will print and label your parcel.

To make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact team@laraintimates.com to arrange.

2. Pack return items. Please use the original packaging and minimal tape to avoid waste.

3. Include a note with your name and order number.

4. Post your items to the address below. Please do not post items “signed for”.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of international returns or customs charges. Please keep hold of your shipping receipt until we have confirmed we've received your return.

Late Returns

If your order was placed from March 1, 2020 onwards, you may disregard the below. We are operating under a more lenient returns policy because of Covid-19.

Can I make a return if 14 days has passed?

If you decide you want to return an item after 14 days, you may return it to us for 50% of the sale price as a store credit. This option is valid for 60 days from delivery.

To make a return after 14 days, please follow the instructions in "How to Make a Return".

Quality Assurance, Repairs and Recycling

If your order was placed from March 1, 2020 onwards, please get in touch with team@laraintimates.com to discuss quality assurance and repairs. Our policies may be more lenient because of Covid-19.

Quality Assurance

If you find a quality issue with your item within 2 months of receiving it, we will repair or replace it for free. To discuss a quality issue, please contact team@laraintimates.com.

Repair Service (Bras Only)

We may be able to repair your bras to extend their longevity. This depends on whether we have the materials in stock needed for the repair.

Our repair service is available up to one year after you purchase your bra.

If your bra is in need of repair, please follow these steps:

1. Contact team@laraintimates.com to ask us about your repair.

2. We will let you know whether we can make your repair.

3. Wash your items. Delicate, cold, in a laundry bag. Air dry flat.

4. Pack your items with minimal and recyclable packaging.

6. Lara Intimates will make your repair and post the items back to you for free.

Recycling Lara Bras

Lara Intimates recycles excess fabrics, elastics, components and damaged garments with First Mile. We only recycle items from our studio right now, and we are working to make a recycling scheme available to our customers.

Exceptions to our Returns Policy

We may not accept your return if:

-You haven’t washed your items according to our recommended instructions. We can usually tell this by frayed or damaged elastics.

-Our team thinks you are trying to decieve Lara Intimates.

-There have been delays to the return or exchanged which are not the fault of Lara Intimates.

-Your return item(s) have been damaged by you. If Lara Intimates does not accept your return, we will not ship items back to you at our expense.

-Gift Cards are non-refundable
