Shipping is £3.95 or free over £75.

Please return items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. This really helps us to reduce waste, and we thank you for your help in ensuring garments stay in good condition!

Shipping is £6-8 depending on your location or free over £100.

We ship international orders with Royal Mail Business Tracked service. This is a fully tracked service which typically takes 5-7 days but it can vary by location. Your parcel will be handled by Royal Mail within the UK and passed on to a local courier in your country. Updates will be available from both carriers in your shipping confirmation email.

Please return items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. This really helps us to reduce waste, and we thank you for your help in ensuring garments stay in good condition!

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of international returns. If you spend over £100, shipping is free, and you will be refunded your full order amount. If you spend less than £100, you will be refunded the cost of your items but not the cost of shipping. 

Here are a few tips for international customers to reduce the cost of return shipping:

-Send your items in a “large letter” which is 2cm deep or smaller. Parcels are typically more expensive. 

-Use a basic tracking service. You don’t need to opt for the highest level tracking option. 

-Ask your local post office for the best value option with basic tracking to the UK.

We aim to ship orders out immediately so unfortunately we can’t accommodate changes or cancellations.

Yes, you can return bras which are in new, unworn condition.

Yes, but they must be in new, unworn condition. Please take care to try new briefs on over another pair of pants.

Yes. We operate the same returns policies for items which are purchased from stock and pre-ordered.

Yes! Please get in touch with team@laraintimates.com, and we can process an exchange for you.

How to Make a Return

How to make a return instructions vary for UK and international customers. Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your items.

To make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact team@laraintimates.com to arrange your return or exchange.

2. Click here for a pre-paid label: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3415

3. Pack return items. Please use the double seal on your original packaging to reduce waste.

4. Go to your local Royal Mail to make the return. Most branches support QR codes and will print your label. For those that don’t, print your label at home and attach to your return.

To make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact team@laraintimates.com to arrange your return or exchange.

2. Pack return items. Please use the double seal on your original packaging to avoid waste.

3. Ensure your name and order number is clearly marked outside the envelope or include a note inside the parcel.

4. Post your items to the address below. Please do not post items “signed for”. Send from a Post Office and keep the receipt until we have confirmed we've received your return.

If you send back a return which isn’t in new condition or is outside the 30 days return window, you will be eligible for store credit.

Washing & Care

Lara Intimates products are machine washable in cold, delicate, in a laundry bag. Lay flat to dry.

Our team works hard to ensure every garment is made to the highest quality standards. If you find a quality issue with your product, please contact team@laraintimates.com within 30 days of delivery. We remedy quality issues on a case by case basis.

-When you pre-order, you're buying an item which is out of stock. We will make the item for you and ship it within 2 weeks. We have all the fabrics/trims in stock, and we just need to cut and sew your pre-order. 

-You'll know you're placing a pre-order because the button that usually says "add to cart" will say "pre-order".

-Pre-orders are typically available on bras with many size variants because these are the most challenging for us to regularly keep in stock. 

-If our production team is very busy, we may temporarily turn off pre-orders. This ensures wait times don't get too long for you. Once we clear our backlog, pre-orders will reopen. 

-Pre-orders help us reduce stock waste because we are making bras on demand rather than overstocking.

-You can join the waitlist for products you'd like us to restock. We use your sign ups to determine demand. 

-Please join the waitlist for the size and colour variant you want. 

-When your product is restocked, you'll get an email notification.

-Waitlists are the best way to ensure you're the first to hear about a restock. 

Lara products are made from a variety of deadstock, locally-made and eco-friendly fabrics and trims. Fabric composition varies by product. You can see more details on our product pages and our garment labels.

Yes, our products are 100% nickel free.
