What currency are your prices in?

Lara Intimates prices are in British Pound Sterling (GBP).

I want to cancel my order and/or check I ordered the right size.

Get in touch with us right away by emailing hello@laraintimates.com. If you have a size question, please include your underbust and bust measurement and the size you ordered. If we haven’t started production on your order yet, we’re happy to change the size. We can also answer any other questions about your order.

 

What’s my Lara bra size?

Bra fitting is tricky business, and we love helping women find their correct size. What sizes do your bras come in?

28A-36E. We’re planning to add more sizes in the future based on demand. If you would like to request that we add your size to our range, email us. 

 

Your size calculator says I’m a different size than I usually wear!

Lara Intimates sizes a little differently than other bra brands, so don’t worry if you’re a different size at Lara. For a full explanation of how our sizing works, check out our Size & Fit page.

 

Which bras are best for my body type?

We fit every bra on a range of women so they support and look great on every size from 28A-36E. If you want recommendations about what bra would suit you best, you can live chat with our fit experts or email us.

 

Which hook should I wear my bra on?

You should wear your bra on the loosest hook. As the sides of the bra stretch out over time, hook on the second and last hooks. This keeps your bra lasting a long time. If the loosest hook is way too loose for you, you might be wearing the wrong size. Please check out our Size & Fit page or get in touch with our fit team to ensure you’re wearing the correct size.

 

Can I try Lara Intimates stuff on in person?

Right now we’re just online. Soon, we plan to have fit parties and a pop-up in London. Stay tuned for updates.

 

 

Garment Care


How do I wash my Lara Intimates underwear?

Underwear should be washed on cold, delicate with like colours. Always air dry flat.

 

Orders


When will I get my order?

We make stuff in small batches so you might be waiting up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out to you. Once your order leaves our London studio, please allow 3-7 days for delivery.  

If our production is running behind or we’re delayed for any reason, we’ll get in touch right away. We do not ship orders or manufacture on weekends or public holidays. We are not responsible for any delays due to an international orders being held by customs.

 

Will I get an alert the day my order is arriving?

My order arrived with the wrong item(s).

Our bad! Send an email to hello@laraintimates.com with your order number. Please let us know what the mistake is and we’ll get this corrected right away.

 

My items don’t fit!

If you received items that don’t fit, please get in touch right away with our fit team on live chat or email. They can walk you through the fitting process and find your perfect size. We love helping women find their correct bra size and will do everything we can to get you the perfect fitting bra.

 

Shipping Rates


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to mainland UK is free on all orders. International shipping is £10 and free for orders over £175. We don’t currently offer express shipping because we don’t hold stock of our items. (We’ve got to make it before we can ship it!)

 

Duty and Import Taxes

If you ordered from outside the UK you may be responsible for duty and import charges. Lara Intimates does not cover import and duty on international orders.

 

Returns


What’s your return policy?

If you would like to return something, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy for you to return unworn items in perfect condition, with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns of briefs. We reserve the right not to grant a refund for any reason. If a refund is refused, we will not pay to ship an order back to the customer.

 

I want to return something from mainland UK.

If you’re returning an item from mainland UK, please go to laraintimates.com/returns. Follow the steps to create a return label. Pack the items you don’t want in their original packaging (if possible) with tags still attached. Take the package to your local FedEx drop off spot and send it back to us.

Please always send returns with our return service so we can track your package. If you send a return with a different courier we cannot reimburse the postage fee and can’t be held responsible for the package safely arriving back at the Lara studio.

 

I want to return something from outside mainland UK.

If you’re returning an item from outside mainland UK, please go to laraintimates.com/returns. Follow the steps to create a return label.  Pack the items you don’t want in their original packaging (if possible) with tags still attached. Take the package to your local FedEx drop off spot and send it back to us. For international returns, we deduct £10 from your refund to pay for the return postage. All taxes and import duties are not refundable.

Please always send returns with our return service so we can track your package. If you send a return with a different courier we cannot reimburse the postage fee and can’t be held responsible for the package safely arriving back at the Lara studio.

 

Can I exchange an item for something else?

We currently don’t process exchanges. If you want to return an item for something else, please place a new order. If you have questions about the best size or style, get in touch with our team. We are happy to help.

 

I returned something. When will I get my refund?

Please allow 4 weeks for us to process a refund.
